The Dallas Cowboys will face the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11. Here are five bold predictions for America’s Team in that contest.

At 7-2, the Dallas Cowboys are well in control of the NFC West, but they want more than that. As they enter Week 11, they’re looking to make a run at the No. 1 seed in the NFC — which just so happens to be the only team that winds up getting a postseason bye week under the new playoff format.

While their opponent this weekend, the Kansas City Chiefs, won’t be a factor in the NFC since they play in the AFC West, the Cowboys can still gain a lot of confidence by knocking off a team that has been to the Super Bowl the past two seasons.

Here w look ahead to that game and make five bold predictions as Dallas travels to Kansas City to take on Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.

Dallas Cowboys bold prediction No. 5: Cowboys get a third punt block in as many games

In Week 9 against Denver, the Cowboys recorded a blocked punt as Malik Turner got through the line and made a huge play that they really needed. Then, tragedy struck for them as Nahshon Wright instinctively tried to catch the ball but when it bounced off his hands, it became a live ball and the Broncos scooped it up for a first down.

Wright got his redemption this past Sunday when Dorance Armstrong blocked an Atlanta punt and the rookie fell on the ball in the end zone for a touchdown.

As impressive as it was to see punts in consecutive games, look for Dallas to really pour it on and make it a hat trick as they once again break through the line and this time, block a Tommy Townsend kick to set their offense up for an easy score.
