Every NFL stadium ranked from worst to best: 3. Heinz Field

The Pittsburgh Steelers have always had some of the best fans in the world. They’ll don the yellow and black, throw on face paint and scream at the top of their lungs as their team pounds the opposition relentlessly.

For years on end, the Pittsburgh Steelers have pumped out some of the best records season after season. They currently hold the second most Super Bowls with six and a winning record in both the regular season and the postseason.

Truth be told, the winning would be enough to keep fans in the building but the stadium itself is pretty cool as well. There are six interactive displays, two murals, and a Steeler Hall of Fame, amongst a boatload of other things. The tailgating scene is a hardcore one. Fans line up the parking lot and fill the grills with burgers, hot dogs, and every other meat imaginable.

There’s a ton to love about the atmosphere of Heinz Field but the best part has to be the terrible towels. Whenever the Steelers need a bit of a pick me up, fans grab their yellow towels and wave them in the air. Trust us, that alone gives the Steelers all the juice they need to pull out close wins.
