2021 NFL Bold Prediction No. 1: Josh Allen wins Super Bowl MVP, takes reins from A-Rod

A battle between the Green Bay Packers and Buffalo Bills in Super Bowl LVI should be enough to get any fan excited. Not only will it pair two teams with great fanbases against one another, but they will be two franchises that are used to playing in harsh conditions heading to sunny California for a huge showdown.

As for the quarterbacks, neither will mind at all as they’re both originally from California and while Allen headed to Wyoming for college, Rodgers did play in the state collegiately. That will just be a minor background fact as the real story will be how two strong-armed quarterbacks with the ability to make improvisational plays will both be going at it. And each is at a different stage in their respective career.

Rodgers is in the back nine as the 38-year-old has less time left in his career than he’s already played. As for Allen, the 25-year-old is just getting started. And while he’s already done enough to get rid of some of his doubters, this is when he will become the superstar player Buffalo thought he could be.

This final bold prediction is that Allen outperforms his veteran counterpart and tosses four touchdown passes to win the Super Bowl MVP and hoist the first Lombardi Trophy in Bills’ history.

It could also be a passing of the torch as Allen takes over as the player who is ready to start winning 10-plus games every season while bringing him MVPs, the way Rodgers has been able to do in his historic career.
