Las Vegas Raiders 2022 free agents that won’t be back

4. DeSean Jackson, wide receivers

After the tragic situation leading to the release of Henry Ruggs III, the Las Vegas Raiders made an aggressive move to go out and get DeSean Jackson after he was let go by the Los Angeles Rams.

This wasn’t a terrible move for either side as Jackson is one of the few players in the NFL that has a proven and very successful track record at consistently beating defenses deep downfield regardless of his age.

At this point in his career, though, Jackson is very much a feast or famine type of target in the passing game.

He has a 100-yard game with both the Rams and Raiders this year, and a bunch of games in between where he does hardly anything.

He can make an impact when he’s not getting the ball by stretching the defense, but I don’t think the Raiders are going to keep Jackson beyond this season.
