Dallas Cowboys stud: Randy Gregory

Randy Gregory missed a couple of games with a knee injury and he was back in Week 14 — with a vengeance. Gregory recorded his first career interception early in the game, which kept Washington from being able to capitalize on a Dak Prescott pick.

He was also able to make sure to seal the win for Dallas. Washington had the ball late with the score sitting at 27-20 — and they had just forced a key three-and-out. Gregory then broke through the line on a third-and-three and sacked Kyle Allen, who fumbled the ball on the way down. That got the ball back for the visiting team as they lined up in victory formation and went home with the win.

Dallas Cowboys dud: Dak Prescott

The Cowboys got the win and as has been the case all season, Dak Prescott gave it all he had. He finished with 211 yards on 22-of-39 passing with 211 yards and a touchdown. He even added 15 yards rushing, something he hasn’t done much of in 2021.

Having said that, he threw far too many incompletions and his interceptions were both ugly — especially the pick-six in the fourth quarter. Prescott has left a lot of plays on the field over the past few weeks and while they can still hold on against a team like Washington, this won’t cut it against the elite teams in the NFC.
