Dallas Cowboys (9-4) at New York Giants (4-9)

Sunday, December 19, 1PM ET

Let’s not beat around the bush here — the New York Giants aren’t good. Having Mike Glennon under center certainly doesn’t help. They were beaten badly by the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 14, and figure to get a similar beating in Week 15 against their NFC East rivals.

There just isn’t anything going for the Giants right now. The best they’ve got is that Saquon Barkley is slowing beginning to play better, albeit not at his pre-injury level. The defense can’t make stops against the run or pass, and the quarterback position causes nothing but problems regardless of who is playing it.

Plus, it’s not like the Cowboys have a defense that’s easy to crack. With rookies Trevon Diggs and Micah Parsons lighting it up, chances are more good than bad is headed the Giants’ way when their offense is on the field. It’s not just not a recipe for success.

It’s time for the Giants to tap out on the 2021 campaign. That’ll result in another win for the Cowboys, who are nearly ready to lock up the NFC East crown and secure one of the top spots in the NFC playoffs. Let’s just hope that they can show significantly more consistency when January rolls around.

Prediction: Cowboys win 31-9 | Spread: Cowboys (-10.5)
