FanDuel DFS NFL Week 15 picks and lineup advice: Tight End

George Kittle ($7600) is obviously the top tight end play on the slate against a weak Atlanta secondary, and while I can not fault you for playing the best tight end in the NFL, he is coming off two career games and is dealing with a bit of a knee injury.

With Deebo Samuel taking a lot of snaps out of the backfield, Kittle has become the team’s WR1 and should continue to see heavy volume if he does suit up.

Mike Gesicki ($6200) will be a popular play with Waddle out, and even though he does go through phases where he sees heavy usage, I do not view him much differently than other Dolphins receiving options though will likely play him in a few tournament lineups.

Dallas Goedert ($6000) clearly was a favorite target of Gardner Minshew and is a great play against a Washington team that they are now 13 point favorites against.

If you want some cheaper punt options at the position, I am going back to Ricky Seals-Jones ($4500) against the Eagles. Even though he let me down last week only catching one ball for eight yards, with Terry McLaurin likely out this week, there is really nowhere else for the ball to go on offense and at only $4500, he does not have to do much.

FanDuel DFS NFL Week 15 picks and lineup advice: D/ST

With all the COVID news that has come out around the NFL, there are plenty of mispriced defenses all over this slate. The most egregious example is Philadelphia ($4300) against a Kyle Shurmur-led Washington Football Team. While Philadelphia is the best value on the slate, there is always possible value to be had at a position as volatile as D/ST.

The Rams ($4200) are a good look against a Seahawks offense that had not done much all year before last week and are now without Lockett and dealing with other injuries in their receiving core.

Additionally, the Jaguars ($3600) are a great option and while I do see the Texans hanging with them, there is simply not enough offensive firepower on either side to turn this game into a shootout. As always, keep your eyes on the news and be ready to adjust, as at any second players could be ruled out from COVID, creating new value at the D/ST position.

FanDuel DFS NFL Week 15 Lineup

  • QB Kyler Murray – $8800
  • RB D’Onta Foreman – $5800
  • RB Rashaad Penny – $6100
  • WR Christian Kirk – $6000
  • WR Davante Adams – $8500
  • WR Cooper Kupp – $9000
  • TE Ricky Seals-Jones – $4500
  • FLEX Cordarrelle Patterson – $7000
  • D/ST Philadelphia – $4300

Like I mentioned throughout the article, I want to spend up at wide receiver this week and save at the running back position. Even though we had to make some sacrifices at running back and tight end, it has allowed us to play the most expensive quarterback and two most expensive wide receivers on the slate.

This is certainly more of a cash lineup, as the only real correlation is between Kyler Murray and his receiver Christian Kirk. As always, keep an eye on the COVID and injury news leading up to kickoff, as that can give you a huge advantage when it comes to crafting your lineup and ensuring that all your players actually end up playing in the games. With that being said, best of luck in your Week 15 FanDuel DFS endeavors!
