Pick Analysis. Liberty. 11. QB. Malik Willis. player. 60. Scouting Report

11. Minnesota Vikings: Malik Willis, QB, Liberty

Kirk Cousins continues to play well, but that’s pretty much his ceiling. The Minnesota Vikings brought him in hoping he would be the guy to put them over the top but they realize by now that he’s simply not someone who can put the team on his back and win it all. That’s not a knock on him as he still should be a starter in the NFL but the Vikings just don’t have the roster around him to succeed.

That’s why they need someone who is capable of making some plays by himself. Enter Malik Willis from Liberty. A former transfer from Auburn, Willis turned into a star over the past couple of seasons and should be an early pick in the upcoming draft.

Some pundits will point to his inconsistencies as a reason to skip on him but his ability to win with his arm and legs makes him someone worth rolling the dice on.

Pick Analysis. WR. Garrett Wilson. 12. player. 28. Scouting Report. Ohio State

12. Las Vegas Raiders: Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio State

Hunter Renfrow has answered the call as of late for the Las Vegas Raiders but he’s not a true No. 1 wideout. He’s much better suited as a slot receiver who can hurt teams when they focus too much on another weapon. In 2022, that weapon could be Garrett Wilson who ends up landing with them at No. 12 overall.

Wilson, the second Ohio State wideout to be selected in this mock, has all the tools to be a top receiver for an NFL franchise. In a class with several great players at the position, he feels like one of the least risky selections.
