Arkansas. player. Scouting Report. Treylon Burks. 19. 54. Pick Analysis. WR

19. Philadelphia Eagles: Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas

They took Nakobe Dean earlier which gave the Philadelphia Eagles the top linebacker in the class. Now, they turn their attention to the offensive side of the ball with their second pick. That leads to them snatching up Treylon Burks from Alabama.

This would mark the third season in a row they take a wideout in Round 1 as they picked up Jalen Reagor in 2020 and DeVonta Smith in 2021. Smith has been as advertised but Reagor has yet to prove he’s a long-term answer. For that reason, the Eagles land the big-bodied Burks who should be a solid starter across from Smith.

13. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Georgia. Jordan Davis. 20. player. DT

20. Los Angeles Chargers: Jordan Davis, DT, Georgia

Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers made some big strides this season and will be finishing with a winning record. They were close to being able to contend with the AFC West champions, the Kansas City Chiefs, and adding a big defensive tackle could help them in that regard.

That tackle ends up being Jordan Davis from Georgia, as another Bulldog finds his NFL home. Davis is massive at 6-foot-6 and 340-pounds and while he’s considered a two-down player by many scouts, he offers more than enough talent on those downs to justify this pick.
