Packers close out 2022 NFL mock draft with a big-time weapon

31. Tennessee Titans: Jalen Wydermyer, TE, Texas A&M

Derrick Henry is working his way back and the Tennessee Titans are also about to lock down the No. 1 seed. They proved they can get wins without their top player which has to put a little fear in opponents. It also has to be a huge confidence booster for the entire roster.

That doesn’t mean there’s no room for improvement in their roster, because they can get better. Especially if they land a dynamic tight end.

Jalen Wydermyer could be that for them as they land the Texas A&M tight end at No. 31 in this mock. Wydermyer adds another dimension to an offense that’s already been steadily improving.

32. Green Bay Packers: Drake London, WR, USC

Right now, the Green Bay Packers are the No. 1 seed in the NFC and arguably the best team in football. Their defense has been playing well and Aaron Rodgers is putting together another MVP-caliber season.

Even reports that he might threaten to sit out the Super Bowl won’t slow this team down — because let’s be honest, he would play even if these reports have merit.

Having said that, he should threaten to leave Green Bay and never return if they don’t finally add him a better No. 2 target — assuming they re-sign Davante Adams that is. In this mock, they finally do that as they take Drake London from USC.

A former basketball player, London boasts a large 6-foot-5 frame and could make this offense unstoppable if he plays to his potential.
