15. New Orleans Saints: Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio State

Sean Payton and the New Orleans Saints have done a pretty good job of finding receiving talent late in the draft — or even in undrafted free agency. However, they need to add more premier talent to the roster, and considering their affinity for Ohio State players, this could be the year to do it as there are two great pass-catchers joining the NFL from OSU.

Chris Olave already went off the board here, so they take Garrett Wilson — who is no consolation prize. Wilson can do it all and has a future as a No. 1 wideout in the NFL. That could give the Saints two players for defenses to fear, provided Michael Thomas is able to return to form.

16. Baltimore Ravens: Ikem Ekwonu, OT, NC State

2021 just got away from the Baltimore Ravens. We can look at the two games lost by John Harbaugh when he went for two at the end rather than taking the tie, but the problems started before then. In fact, they started before the season when players began dropping like flies.

It’s hard to have success when so many injuries take place, especially when one of those is the starting quarterback. Speaking of the signal-caller, the main goal in Baltimore for the 2022 season needs to be keeping him on the field, which is why a new offensive tackle makes sense.

Ikem Ekwonu from North Carolina State would not only be able to start right away at right tackle but he can also switch to the left side should Ronnie Stanley continue to struggle with his health.
