The quarterback position is the most important position in all sports. For these three NFL teams, a major quarterback is needed this off-season.

A quarterback is the single most important position across all sports. If a team does not have a franchise quarterback, chances are they are just playing to play.

The 2022 off-season shall be one to remember for a handful of quarterbacks. Although the NFL playoffs are about to kick-off, it is always fun to start throwing out predictions on where certain quarterbacks will play in the 2022 season.

NFL 2022 offseason, Quarterback #1: Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers is statistically one of, if not the greatest quarterback to ever play. Rodgers owns the second-highest QBR in NFL history. He also has the best TD to INT ratio in history at 4.83.

All Rodgers did this year was carry the Packers to the number one overall seed in the NFC. He finished the year with 37 touchdowns and four interceptions and is likely to win his 2nd consecutive MVP award. The greatness that is Aaron Rodgers only threw two interceptions after the week one meltdown vs the Saints.

Now, tons of drama at the start of the 2021 season, but since then, things have calmed down in Green Bay. I don’t see Aaron leaving unless he genuinely wants a fresh start.

If he does, the Denver Broncos are my favorite landing spot for my favorite NFL player. A team that already did it once with a veteran quarterback, Peyton Manning.

The Broncos are in a prime position to upgrade the quarterback expeditiously this off-season. With weapons Javonte Williams, Jerry Jeudy, Courtland Sutton, Tim Patrick, and Noah Fant, the AFC West would become the division of the NFL.

A quick fantasy outlook for those weapons is pretty simplistic. Noah Fant becomes a top-five TE, Jerry Jeudy, and Courtland Sutton both become top 15 WRs and Javonte will still be Javonte. Add Melvin Gordan and it’ll seem like Aaron did not even switch teams having a powerful RB duo just like in Green Bay.
