USC. player. 23. 28. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. WR. Drake London

23. Las Vegas Raiders: Drake London, WR, USC

After the horrible incident with Henry Ruggs took place, the Las Vegas Raiders found themselves in need of a new wide receiver. Hunter Renfrow has stepped up in a huge way but they still need someone with size and speed on the outside.

That’s where Drake London comes in as they take the USC product here. London put up some monster numbers despite breaking his ankle in October, limiting the number of games he could play. A two-sport star, London also played basketball and can use that leaping ability, especially with a quarterback such as Derek Carr who loves to heave the ball downfield.

Pick Analysis. player. 32. Scouting Report. EDGE. San Diego State. Cameron Thomas. 24

24. Arizona Cardinals: Cameron Thomas, EDGE, San Diego State

Unless they decide to make a cost-saving move, J.J. Watt should be back in 2022 but the Arizona Cardinals might not be able to get Chandler Jones back. Even if they do, both players are on the back nine in their respective careers, which is why the Cards should go after another defensive end.

That’s where Cameron Thomas from San Diego State comes in. Thomas broke out in 2021 with 20.5 tackles for a loss and 10.5 sacks. He’s listed at 6-foot-5 and 270-pounds, giving him an NFL body and while he didn’t play for a power five school, he should still be able to make the leap.
