Dynasty Fantasy Football Buy low candidate #3: Saquon Barkley

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Saquon Barkley was once a top three dynasty fantasy football RB. From his RB1 finish in 2018, Barkley has dropped every year since that. RB10 in 2019, RB115 in 2020 (torn ACL), and RB32 this season but he also suffered a high ankle sprain in week 5 vs the Cowboys.

With one of the worst offensive lines in the NFL, it is hard to stay healthy as a New York Giant. Also, no disrespect but Daniel Jones is not a good quarterback. All that factors in how good Saquon can truly be if the Giants are always playing from behind.

Barkley was once looked at as the top running back in the NFL. Now, he sits as the RB9 in dynasty. Still being ranked as an RB1 shows the talent Barkley possesses even on a mediocre team.

The value is not as high as it was once was, therefore making him a great buy-low candidate. Saquon can still catapult to the top of the RB rankings with upgrades to the quarterback position but most importantly, the offensive lines.
