Indianapolis Colts: Jalen Tolbert, WR, South Alabama

After just one year, the Indianapolis Colts may be having some buyer’s remorse over the Carson Wentz trade.

Even if that’s the case, they may not have a choice but to try and give him another go in 2022.

The Wentz trade cost the Colts their 2022 first-round pick, so barring a trade, we won’t see them until day two. If they decide not to trade their second-round pick, we could see them prioritize a wide receiver that could really take some pressure off of Michael Pittman Jr., who has become a stud very quickly for them.

Single coverage was not productive for defenses opposing South Alabama wide receiver Jalen Tolbert.

I think his ability to beat single coverage translates very well to the NFL level, and I think Tolbert is going to be a stud.

The Colts undoubtedly need help at the wide receiver position and I think in round two, Tolbert could be a nice value for them.
