Green Bay Packers: Christian Watson, WR, North Dakota State

In case you haven’t figured this out already, this is not a mock draft. This is not a post about which prospects could potentially be first-round targets for each team.

This is a post looking at which prospects could be ideal fits for specific teams no matter what the round.

Christian Watson is a bit of an unknown unless you are an NFL Draft deep diver or North Dakota State Bison aficionado, but he won’t be unknown for much longer.

At 6-foot-4, 211 pounds, Watson can absolutely fly. He was a threat at North Dakota State not only as a wide receiver but also as a return specialist and the Green Bay Packers may be overhauling their wide receiver room in 2022.

With Davante Adams slated for free agency, the wide receiver room could look much different this coming season and it might be Jordan Love throwing these guys the ball.

Christian Watson would be a tremendous fit for the Packers late on day two of the NFL Draft and he wouldn’t even have to change colors.
