With the Minnesota Vikings changing coaches this offseason, the Dallas Cowboys could attempt to pry these three players from their roster

Whenever a team changes out their front office and coaching staff, there could soon be a fire sale to follow. That’s what’s happened this offseason with the Minnesota Vikings and the Dallas Cowboys would be wise to call them and see if they would be willing to part with some of their players.

New general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah comes over from the Cleveland Browns, a team that has shown a willingness to overhaul their roster. As for new head coach Jim Harbaugh, he too has never been afraid to make a move in an effort to re-tool his roster.

With that being the case, here are three names Dallas should ask this team about.

Dallas Cowboys target No. 3: Wyatt Davis, G

Perhaps a change of head coaches will be all Wyatt Davis needs to succeed in the NFL — or maybe he needs a change of scenery. If it’s a new home, the Dallas Cowboys should definitely be interested in giving him a soft landing spot.

Davis, a third-round pick for the Vikings just this past season, never saw a single snap with his club. And it wasn’t as if the Vikings’ offensive line was playing out of their minds.

Chances are, he was just in Mike Zimmer’s doghouse. Still, Dallas should at least call the new regime and see if they would be willing to move on from Davis. If so, he would provide some excellent competition at left guard for Connor McDermott — assuming Connor Williams is gone this season in free agency.
