Where might Chicago Bears free agent wide receiver Allen Robinson land in 2022 NFL Free Agency? We take a look at three ideal spots.

The 2022 NFL Free Agency frenzy is just over one month away, and some of the top players in the league could be changing teams in the very near future. Wide receiver Allen Robinson has been in the league since 2014 playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Chicago Bears.

Do you think this guy is ready for a competent quarterback getting him the ball?

Even though he’s already been in the league for eight years, Robinson is poised to head into the 2022 season at the age of 29, so he should not only be able to find himself a better situation in 2022, but also a pretty good contract.

Allen Robinson should have great options in 2022 NFL Free Agency

Allen Robinson will undoubtedly be looking for a strong fit in 2022 NFL Free Agency and because of the increase in the salary cap, he should be able to find himself a great spot rather quickly.

I don’t think going back to the Chicago Bears, even with a new coaching staff, should be at the top of Robinson’s list. He needs a change of scenery and either a stable situation at QB or a great offensive mind that will manufacture his targets.

Allen Robinson destination #1: Cleveland Browns

The Odell Beckham Jr. trade was an absolute failure for the Cleveland Browns. As of right now, Jarvis Landry is the team’s top option in the passing game and the wide receiver position could be completely reset this offseason.

Kevin Stefanski’s offense obviously emphasizes the running game, but there is undoubtedly space for a player like Allen Robinson to shine in Cleveland.

With Baker Mayfield at the quarterback position, would Robinson really want to go to a shakier situation like this?

Maybe.

The Browns have close to $30 million in cap space and they undoubtedly have a need at the position. Mayfield is imperfect but perhaps having a target like Allen Robinson to get the ball to would help get him that new contract and solidify his status as the Browns’ franchise QB.
