Odell Beckham Jr. landing spot No. 2: Las Vegas Raiders
The Las Vegas Raiders are under new management.
Dave Ziegler and Josh McDaniels have come over from the New England Patriots and are going to be implementing their own style in Sin City.
The future of the quarterback position in Las Vegas remains very much up in the air, but whether it’s Derek Carr or someone else throwing passes for the Raiders, Odell Beckham Jr. would be a great addition to Josh McDaniels’ offense.
McDaniels and the New England Patriots had a good amount of success with receivers like Beckham Jr., players who maybe were great once but were in need of reclamation or a change of scenery.
With Hunter Renfrow establishing himself out of the slot and Bryan Edwards coming on last season as well, Beckham could really be the WR1 with the Raiders on the outside.
Darren Waller and Renfrow are obviously going to eat up plenty of targets here, but in a high-volume passing attack, Beckham Jr. could be exactly what this Raiders team needs for the short-term with Henry Ruggs III being released following the tragic incident he was involved in last year.
The Raiders could provide Beckham Jr. an opportunity to be a key role player in their offense, plus he would be getting his paychecks income tax-free.
