Tennessee Titans: Ryan Tannehill

The Tennessee Titans have won a lot of games since they inserted Ryan Tannehill into the starting lineup back in 2019.

They were the number one overall seed in the AFC this past season.

Mike Vrabel was the NFL’s coach of the year in 2021.

This team endured so many injuries it’s not even funny.

So why, then, does it feel like they are stuck with Ryan Tannehill at the QB position?

There’s always a way out in the NFL, if you’re willing to pay the price. With that being said, I don’t think the Titans are going to try and get out of their pact with Ryan Tannehill and for whatever reason, that feels like a limiter on this team.

Maybe Tannehill will prove us all wrong and get the Titans over the top this next year after they have done some damage in the regular season and playoffs each of the last three seasons, but I’m not so sure.

Tannehill is a former first-round pick who is certainly talented. He’s proven with the Titans that he can stay healthy.

It’s just tough to see this Tennessee team as a threat in the AFC unless circumstances are perfect, but you’ve got to respect how well he’s played since coming to the Titans in 2019.
