Los Angeles Chargers: Justin Herbert

The Los Angeles Chargers have an MVP candidate on their hands.

Justin Herbert was the QB3 of his own draft class back in 2020, and other teams are probably kicking themselves for not taking him now.

Herbert has quickly ascended into one of the best quarterbacks in the league, and if the Chargers can address some other issues on their roster, this team is going to actually become a Super Bowl contender.

You can see the Chargers quickly becoming another version of the Buffalo Bills with an absolute unicorn of a talent at QB as well as a young, talented roster all around him.

Obviously, the quarterback position is not going to be an area the Chargers emphasize in the 2022 offseason with Herbert in place.

He’s a superstar.

The rest of the AFC West is looking at the Chargers and Chiefs as the two favorites to dominate the division and maybe the conference for the foreseeable future with how good their QB play is.

The Chargers need to get Herbert some better protection in the 2022 offseason, and I think that’s what we’ll see them really prioritize.
