The 2022 NFL Free Agency class is loaded at the wide receiver position, even if some have some big question marks attached.

Of all the position groups heading into the 2022 NFL free agency period, the wide receiver position may be the most loaded.

As a matter of fact, it’s bordering on inarguable.

Some of the best wide receivers in the league are slated for NFL free agency right now, and while that doesn’t necessarily mean those players will get to free agency, this is not just a top-heavy group where the best players will be franchise tagged.

With just a few weeks until the NFL’s legal negotiating window for free agents, let’s take a look at the top 25 available receivers and what the future might hold for them.

Top 25 available wide receivers in 2022 NFL Free Agency

1. Davante Adams, Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers have some serious issues on their hands right now. Things look bleak heading into NFL free agency for the Packers, who have the second-worst cap situation in the NFL at over $50 million to move around before they even break even.

With that being said, NFL cap guys are able to work magic on an annual basis so would it really be surprising if the Packers were able to find a way to bring back both Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams, even in the name of putting voidable years on their next contracts?

Yes, for all of us content creators, Rodgers and Adams changing teams would provide a lot to write about, but it’s hard to bet against the idea that both of those guys will just find their way back to Green Bay and finish their careers together.

It would be shocking if the Packers didn’t find a way to maneuver around the cap and at least tag Davante Adams.
