With two years to come up with a new name, the Washington Football Team ended up becoming the Washington Commanders. The name was met with mixed results but then, they got slammed for getting the logo wrong.

Apparently, they decided to put the incorrect years on their crest for each Super Bowl they won. After some backlash, they ended up fixing it — but it’s pretty bad they had well over 600 days and needed social media police to point it out.

But let’s be honest, that sums up this team as of late. They simply can’t get things right and even though they won the NFC East in 2020, that was done with a 7-9 record. Now, they’re desperate enough to trade just about anyone for a quarterback, and desperate teams rarely turn into good teams.

Another team that’s in a rough spot is the Seattle Seahawks. They have an elite quarterback in Russell Wilson but he’s apparently interested in seeing other people. They might be able to fix things but as we approach the Combine, this is a team coming off a losing campaign who looks ready to head into a tailspin without Wilson.

Part of what makes this so bad for them is how good the NFC West has been suddenly. Arizona was the final undefeated team in the NFL this season and the Rams and 49ers faced off in the NFC Championship Game. Right now, things aren’t looking great in Seattle.
