Matt Nagy ended up losing his job this offseason and Matt Eberflus was brought in as the new head coach of the Chicago Bears. Eberflus has been a great defensive coach and will surely get the defense playing well in Chicago.

The question is what will happen with Justin Fields. New offensive coordinator Luke Getsy has worked with stars such as Aaron Rodgers and if he can get the most out of Fields, this team could make some positive strides. Of course, we need to see that first before they can start shooting up draft boards because right now, this team has been a problem for a couple of years in a row.

If there’s one word to describe the Cleveland Browns right now, it’s drama. Throughout the 2021 campaign, this team was one bad story after another — and it wasn’t just the Odell Beckham, Jr. fiasco.

They had other star players such as Myles Garrett calling out coaches and Jarvis Landry showing frustration in his lack of targets when interviewed. Then there was the Baker Mayfield issue where his injured shoulder was blamed for a ton of problems — including many that had nothing to do with an injury such as happy feet, poor decision making, and an inability to see open receivers at times.

So far this offseason, it’s gotten worse. Landry went on a Twitter tirade and the team has been all-in on love for Odell Beckham, including practically praising him for getting out of town. As constructed now, this team is good but the personalities and lack of cohesion is an issue.
