98. Marquez Valdes-Scantling, WR: Green Bay Packers ➡️ Detroit Lions

There’s no secret about it — the Detroit Lions need help at the wide receiver position.

Amon-Ra St. Brown turned out to be one of the top steals of the 2022 NFL Draft, but Detroit needs to get him additional help.

I think a team like Detroit will offer a player like Valdes-Scantling more money than he can turn down because of their desperation at the position. There’s untapped potential here but there’s also a chance Valdes-Scantling — who averaged over 20 yards per catch in 2020 — could be the next Tyrell Williams in free agency.

97. CJ Uzomah, TE: Cincinnati Bengals ➡️ Cincinnati Bengals

As fun as it is to predict players to leave their original teams and sign elsewhere, the Cincinnati Bengals simply have too good of a thing going and too much salary cap space to let a key player like CJ Uzomah go.

You never know — the Bengals might prefer some younger options at the position, but Uzomah is only going to be 29 next season and he just caught five touchdown passes in 16 games for the AFC champion Bengals.
