50. Christian Kirk, WR: Arizona Cardinals ➡️ Buffalo Bills

Quietly, Christian Kirk put together the best season of his young career in 2021.

The Arizona Cardinals don’t appear to be ready to put the franchise tag on the former second-round pick out of Texas A&M, and I think he’ll be highly coveted by a variety of teams next week.

One team that will be more aggressive in free agency than people may think? The Buffalo Bills.

Yes, the Bills have Stefon Diggs, but they are apparently shopping Cole Beasley in trade talks and Kirk would be the ideal slot receiver to replace him with on this year’s free agent market.

Kirk is very close with Bills quarterback Josh Allen, so don’t be surprised if they’ve been plotting this one for a while.

49. Teddy Bridgewater, QB: Denver Broncos ➡️ Indianapolis Colts

It seems as though the Indianapolis Colts are hellbent on moving on from Carson Wentz.

If Wentz is released or traded, what is the Colts’ plan at the quarterback position?

They might need another bridge season to reload for the 2023 NFL Draft and Teddy Bridgewater is the type of risk-averse veteran this team might prefer in the 2022 offseason.

Bridgewater is coming off of a career year with the Denver Broncos, but his numbers were still about as average as average gets anymore.

Job no. 1 for Teddy? Hand the ball off to Jonathan Taylor.

Job no. 2? Don’t put the ball in harm’s way.

The Colts obviously view their QB position as “in flux” and Bridgewater could thrive with Frank Reich coaching him.
