22. Emmanuel Ogbah, EDGE: Miami Dolphins ➡️ Miami Dolphins

With more cap space than any other team, the Miami Dolphins will almost undoubtedly make a concerted effort to keep the guys that are already on their roster worth keeping around.

Emmanuel Ogbah has two straight seasons with 9.0 sacks and has consecutive seasons with more than 20 QB hits.

His pass rush productivity can’t be ignored and even though Brian Flores is no longer around, Ogbah should be a priority to re-sign for the Dolphins. He has really blossomed in Miami over the last two seasons with 75 total pressures.

21. Dalton Schultz, TE: Dallas Cowboys ➡️ Dallas Cowboys

Dalton Schultz may be the most unexciting top-25 free agent on the market, if the Cowboys let him get there.

He is fresh off of one of the quietest eight-touchdown seasons you’ll see, but he’s valuable to the Cowboys and they can’t just let him walk out the door.

With the franchise tag deadline looming, I think Schultz will get tagged by the Cowboys, even though again they’re going to have to move some money around to make the moves on this list happen.
