NFL Power Rankings, NFC QB no. 2: Tom Brady, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The GOAT is back, Jack.

Thank goodness Tom Brady came back, or the NFC QB picture would be an absolute shambles.

As alluded to previously, the NFC is a top-heavy quarterback group and the two best players at the position in this conference are also two of the oldest players in the NFL.

Tom Brady is still playing at an MVP level, however, and his position on this list is firm.

Aaron Rodgers is the back-to-back MVP, but Brady won the Super Bowl with the Bucs just two seasons ago, and beating him in the playoffs is still going to be a monumental task for anyone and everyone that takes on the Bucs.

And the Bucs just keep on reloading.

Coming off of his 21st NFL season, Brady looks as good as he ever has. He threw 43 touchdown passes last year, the most he’s thrown since 2007 when he hit 50.

I think Brady could hit 50 touchdown passes again with a 17-game regular season and if the Bucs are going to contend again in 2022, he just might.

This man is about to play his 22nd NFL season and he’s defying Father time with every pass he throws. It’s truly a remarkable sight to behold.
