2022 NFL Mock Draft Compensatory Picks

97. Detroit Lions: Ed Ingram, IOL, LSU

Detroit has had a pretty solid draft and they close out day two with another good pick. Ed Ingram from LSU could develop into a starting guard down the road, which is a great return for a comp pick.

98. New Orleans Saints: Jerome Ford, RB, Cincinnati

Alvin Kamara is a great receiving back and can get outside the tackle. What the Saints need, however, is someone who can run the tough yards, which is why they land a 220-pound running back in Jerome Ford.

99. Cleveland Browns: Matthew Butler, DT, Tennessee

Arguably the biggest need in Cleveland right now is at defensive tackle. They address that concern here with Matthew Butler from Tennessee, who will compete with Jordan Elliott and Tommy Togiai for snaps.

100. Baltimore Ravens: Sterling Weatherford, S, Miami

Listed as a safety, Sterling Weatherford might be a good fit as a hybrid linebacker/safety.

101. New Orleans Saints: Martin Emerson, CB, Mississippi State

New Orleans has improved at corner in recent years but they could use some more depth, which Martin Emerson provides.

102. Miami Dolphins (via San Francisco 49ers): Brian Asamoah, LB, Oklahoma

At 6-1 and 228-pounds, Brian Asamoah is an athletic linebacker who knows how to find the football.

103. Kansas City Chiefs: Josh Williams, CB, Fayetteville State

Another defensive back lands in Kansas City as they go for Josh Williams from a smaller program in Fayetteville State.

104. Los Angeles Rams: Mario Goodrich, CB, Clemson

Clemson cornerback Mario Goodrich is someone who could prove to be a steal after he gets a couple of seasons under his belt.

Next. Kyler Murray: 4 Trades the Arizona Cardinals shouldn’t pass on. dark

105. San Francisco 49ers: Jalen Tolbert, WR, South Alabama

San Francisco could use some more depth at wide receiver and Jalen Tolbert is a solid find at this point.
