Power ranking the top NFL wide receiver trios for all 32 teams
Best NFL wide receiver trios in the league today
24. Detroit Lions- Amon-Ra St. Brown, DJ Chark, Josh Reynolds
The Lions could have a sneaky good trio in 2022. St. Brown had an excellent rookie campaign, and Josh Reynold was solid and had an immediate connection with former quarterback Jared Goff after being released by Tennessee.
The wild card is Chark. Tall, rangy, and fast, Chark hasn’t been able to stay healthy but offers a tantalizing upside. If this unit can stay somewhat healthy, it could be a solid middle-of-the-pack trio.
23. New York Jets- Corey Davis, Elijah Moore, Braxton Berrios
The Jets feature a budding star in Elijah Moore, but as with most young quarterbacks, the potential of this trio is tied to Zach Wilson and his development.
Big play guys in Moore and Davis, and a solid utility man like Berrios should help settle Wilson down in 2022 and provide a glimpse into the Jets’ future.
22. Houston Texans- Brandin Cooks, Nico Collins, Chris Conley
Sure, this seems a bit high for the Texans, but the impact of Brandin Cooks can’t be ignored. Cooks is a bonafide star and basically quarterback proof as he produces regardless of the passer.
Chris Conley has flashed in the past and another year in the system should benefit him. Likewise with second-year man Nico Collins. Not a sexy trio by any means but one that may be flying under the radar.
21. Baltimore Ravens- Hollywood Brown, Rashod Bateman, Devin Duvernay
The Baltimore Ravens should draft receiving help, but will they fare any better than in recent years? Devin Duvernay? Hollywood Brown? Rashod Bateman?
Despite flashes from Brown, and a solid if unspectacular rookie year from Bateman, the Ravens receivers underwhelmed in 2021. However, a crazy rash of injuries likely held down the production from this unit.
If the Ravens have a healthier line and running game in 2022, this trio should benefit from another year of maturation as a passer of Lamar Jackson.
