Every AFC team’s focus in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft

Los Angeles Chargers (Pick #17)

The Bolts need to focus on right tackle and wide receiver.

What they have on the right side of the offensive line right now is not going to cut it, and this Charger receiving core led the league in drops last season due in large part to Keenan Allen being double-covered so much.

Add in a Chris Olave, Jameson Williams, or Treylon Burks and this Charger offense is really going to be booming.

Keenan Allen and Mike Williams are then allowed to get spread out more, drops suffice, and the Bolts have a top-five offense in football. Simple as that.

Trent McDuffie and Jordan Davis are icing. D-line and corner have both already been addressed through free agency.
