1. The 2023 NFL Draft QB class is where it’s at

Part of the reason teams didn’t reach was the upcoming 2023 NFL Draft class. We already know the top guys who play for premiere programs. The first is Ohio State signal-caller CJ Stroud and Alabama’s Bryce Young.

Following those two is Kentucky has the chiseled, strong-armed, mobile Kentucky quarterback, Will Levis. He’s in the Cam Newton, Josh Allen mold. The 6-3 222-pound signal-caller could rise up draft boards in a hurry.

Miami quarterback Tyler Van Dyke has prototypical size (6-4 225-pound), a big arm, galvanizing aura, and confidence. He’s looking to bring the U back to relevancy. If Van Dyke lifts the U with his arm, expect him to fight for a Top 5 spot in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Another big, strong quarterback is Phil Jurkovec from Boston College, who will look to pick up where he left off now that he’s healed.

We can also look at a player who topped early 2022 draft boards, Spencer Rattler. Before you roll your eyes at the thought, Rattler goes to the SEC with South Carolina and revamps his stock. He’s small, with a big arm, quick release, pocket composure, and flashes accuracy on the run and from the pocket.

The former Sooner has a couple of years of eligibility and may want to stay back an additional year. Rattler could end up having a great season and enter his name in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Another quarterback NFL teams may keep an eye on is Clemson’s D.J. Uiagalelei, who stands at 6-5 250-pounds with above-average athleticism.

There’s also Virginia’s Brennan Armstrong and J.T. Daniels, West Virginia quarterback, to top off the list. There was no need to rush to take a quarterback, with the amount of potential coming in 2023.
