The NFL international slate of games has been released for the 2022 regular season with star QBs featured in the five matchups.

The NFL international series of matchups for the 2022 regular season schedule has officially been announced by the league, and the international football fans are going to be treated to five outstanding matchups.

Four games will be played overseas while a fifth will be played south of the border in Mexico.

Let’s take a look through all of this year’s NFL international matchups.

NFL International series 2022 features star QBs

Minnesota Vikings vs. New Orleans Saints, October 2, 9:30 AM ET

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (London)

The first game of the 2022 NFL international series features two teams with new head coaches heading into the 2022 season.

The Minnesota Vikings, now led by former Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Kevin O’Connell, will be taking on the Dennis Allen-led New Orleans Saints, who just recently brought in star safety Tyrann Mathieu.

These two teams should have good chances at Wild Card spots in the 2022 season in their respective divisions.

New York Giants vs. Green Bay Packers, October 9, 9:30 AM ET

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (London)

The NFL fans in the UK will be treated to the back-to-back league MVP on October 9 as the Green Bay Packers face off against the new-look Giants, who had one of the best draft classes of any team in the league.

The question is — will the Giants be truly better this season with Daniel Jones still playing the QB position.

Denver Broncos vs. Jacksonville Jaguars, October 30, 9:30 AM ET

Wembley Stadium (London)

The Denver Broncos might be the most improved team in the NFL this season, and they will take their show on the road to Wembley Stadium to face off against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jaguars are basically London’s home team, but the Broncos have a massive following in the UK and will have an opportunity to play in front of their international fan base for the first time since 2010.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, November 13, 9:30 AM ET

Allianz Arena – Home of FC Bayern Munich (Munich, Germany)

Tom Brady is the headliner of this matchup of two teams seemingly headed in drastically different directions.

The Buccaneers appear to be legitimate contenders to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl while the Seattle Seahawks are in somewhat of a rebuilding stage.

Even without Russell Wilson, there is enough star power in Seattle to put on a show for the fans in Germany.

San Francisco 49ers vs. Arizona Cardinals, Novemver 21, 8:15 PM ET

Estadio Azteca (Mexico City, Mexico)

The final international game of the NFL’s international series in 2022 will be played in Mexico City, Mexico between two of the better teams in the NFC.

The question is — who will be under center for the 49ers?

The assumption all offseason has been that Trey Lance would be taking over, but Jimmy Garoppolo has not yet been traded.

The Arizona Cardinals have endured plenty of drama in the 2022 offseason, including the recent unfortunate news that DeAndre Hopkins would be getting suspended for the first six games of the year.
