Denver Broncos 13 UDFAs ranked for 2022

11. Brandon Johnson, WR, UCF

Once upon a time, Denver Broncos wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni recruited Brandon Johnson to play ball at Tennessee, which he did from 2016-2020.

For the 2021 season, Johnson transferred to UCF and had his most productive year yet, catching 11 touchdowns and averaging 14.9 yards per reception.

More explosive than fast, Johnson has a solid catch radius and overall length.

10. Sebastian Gutierrez, OL, Minot State

A tremendous athlete at the tackle position, Gutierrez is a converted wide receiver and tight end who eventually found his way to the tackle position.

The Denver Broncos didn’t draft a single tackle in 2022 so Gutierrez was the team’s only rookie addition at that position.

He would be the first Minot State football player to make an NFL roster since 1977 if he can find a way to make it happen with the Denver Broncos.

Gutierrez is the ultimate sleeper but with his outstanding athletic traits, he could be a great developmental prospect.
