While many teams improved in the NFL offseason, there are some weaknesses that every team has on its roster. We take a look at the weaknesses of the NFC North.

If you compare this NFL offseason to last year’s offseason for the NFC North this one has been relatively quiet.

Last year’s offseason had so many things going on, the biggest being the whole Aaron Rodgers debacle. Of course, the whole Rodgers debacle was news breaking during last year’s draft of him being very upset with the Packers front office and how they have treated him and the other players in the organization.

The drama somewhat carried over into this season and offseason as Rodgers’ decision on if he wanted to stay in Green Bay or not carried into the offseason.

In the end, Rodgers did end up staying with Green Bay, but the drama carried on over to another Packers player — wide receiver Davante Adams. Adams was traded out of Green Bay to Las Vegas where he would sign a big deal.

The other big thing going on in the NFC North last offseason was the signing of Dan Campbell to be the Lions’ head coach. While Campbell generated a ridiculous amount of quotes with his speeches, the Lions played better than most people expected them to play.

There was also some head coaching news this offseason, as well as the Bears and the Vikings, letting go of both of their head coaches. The Bears replaced Matt Nagy with Matt Eberflus, and the Vikings replaced Mike Zimmer with Kevin O’Connell.

Of course, there were player moves this offseason with Davante Adams leaving the Packers as well as moves through the NFL Draft and NFL Free Agency, there is still some weakness on every team in the NFC North.
