The NFL released the schedule for the upcoming regular season. Which Monday Night games should you circle on your calendar?

As players report to organized team activities, fans at home prepare for the lengthy regular season. Completing a seventeen-game season requires focus and hard work in the off-season.

While teams prepare to battle foes in primetime, analysts and spectators at home evaluate the league’s schedule.

With a plethora of crucial matchups set for the new season, which Monday night games will we look forward to in 2022?

Monday Night Football: Broncos @ Seahawks Week 1

Emotions will be high as the Seahawks defend their home field against Nathaniel Hackett and his new squad. Nobody will feel the pressure of performing well than quarterback Russell Wilson.

After 10 seasons in a Seahawks jersey, Wilson will square off against the team that helped him develop as a top ten gunslinger.

Wilson’s decision to leave the Seahawks came in the early off-season. With multiple options on the table, Seattle’s 11-year veteran decided it was time to part ways. While the Broncos work on building new chemistry, the birds in Seattle will focus on ruining Wilson’s return.

The offense will serve as the X-Factor in the first Monday night matchup of the new season. Moving the ball downfield was an issue for both teams in 2021. The Broncos and Seahawks finished towards the bottom of the league offensive.

Denver’s 211.4 yards passing per game was 9.5 more yards than Seattle’s average. Improving his team’s passing attack will be the goal for Russell Wilson in week one as his former team gives their best attempt at ruining his homecoming.
