Best running back duos heading into 2022 NFL season

1. Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt

Both Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt are above average RB1s in the NFL.  This is a scary duo that fits the Browns and the AFC North perfectly.

Nick Chubb has rushed for nearly 5,000 yards after four seasons.  He had over 1,200 yards from the ground and even missed three games.

He’s not the biggest threat as a receiver, but he can catch some passes.

He also averages 5.3 yards per carry, and after four seasons, that mark is ultra-impressive.

Kareem Hunt led the league in rushing his rookie year but only played in eight games in 2021.

In 2020 with the Browns, Hunt rushed for over 800 yards as the RB2 to Nick Chubb.

Both players are under 28 years old and are still very much in the prime of their careers.

They’re both under contract and should enjoy another few years together.

With Deshaun Watson and Amari Cooper now in the mix, the Browns should see their elite running back duo enjoy a very strong season, perhaps combining for 2,000 yards or more.
