The NFL Draft gets all the attention but solid players can be found afterward as well. Here is one undrafted free agent from each team who could make the roster.

NFL teams are often graded for their rookie class by looking merely at the players they selected in the draft. However, there are often just as many contributors who end up being added afterward as undrafted free agents.

Here, we look at each team in the NFL and select one of those UDFAs that could make their respective 53-man roster.

Pick Analysis. Auburn. LB. player. 32. Scouting Report. LB. Chandler Wooten

Chandler Wooten had a breakout campaign in 2022 for the Auburn Tigers. He had just 43 tackles to his name and didn’t play in 2020 before registering 94 tackles and an interception in his final collegiate season.

It wasn’t enough to get him to the NFL Combine or into the draft but he still made enough noise to convince the Arizona Cardinals to bring him in this offseason.

And while the Cardinals have invested a lot in linebackers in recent seasons, they could have room for more depth. Arizona has added Isaiah Simmons and Zaven Collins in recent years by way of the first round of the NFL Draft.

This led to them releasing Jordan Hicks, to make way for their younger stars to shine. However, that also left the depth a bit lacking. As of now, Nick Vigil and Tanner Vallejo are the primary reserves at inside linebacker.

That allows players such as Wooten a golden opportunity to prove the Cards should roll the dice on him rather than a veteran who has yet to establish themselves.
