Odell Beckham Jr. landing spot no. 1: Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens have one of the highest ceilings of all of the AFC teams however it all comes down to personnel.

Similar to Aaron Rodgers if you have Lamar Jackson at the quarterback position almost anything is possible.

Jackson however is currently targeting sophomore Rashod Bateman, Devin Duvernay, and tight end Mark Andrews. Not the scariest unit on the field.

The Ravens had an excellent offseason and added several crucial pieces to their team, specifically the defense, but at the same time they jettisoned receiver Marquise “Hollywood” Brown to the Arizona Cardinals at Brown’s request.

A huge loss for Jackson as Brown was his favorite target, after Andrews of course.

The Ravens have a significant need for receivers and given the current receiver market Odell Beckham is the best option for the Ravens. Lamar Jackson and Beckham would undoubtedly sync as teammates and their combined presence on the field would be exhilarating.

The other part of this storyline would clearly be the fact that the Ravens would face Beckham’s former team, the Cleveland Browns, twice a season, and the two teams have a storied history.

Beckham would have a chance at a long-term deal, the chance to play with one of the best up-and-coming quarterbacks in the game, and the opportunity to face the team that released him on a consistent basis.

The Ravens should be calling Beckham’s agent until they get the piece to the puzzle they truly need.
