Ranking all 32 NFL rosters from worst to best for 2022
NFL roster no. 15: Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens reloaded in the 2022 NFL offseason and they desperately need Lamar Jackson to bounce back.
Jackson was the league’s MVP in 2019 but his production fell off a cliff in 2021 and entering a contract year, there’s no better time for a resurgence.
The Ravens need to get healthy, plain and simple. If that happens, they’ll be contenders to win the AFC North.
JK Dobbins and Gus Edwards can be one of the best running back duos in the league.
Rashod Bateman is a breakout candidate and Mark Andrews is one of the best tight ends in the game.
The Ravens revamped their offensive line which looks pretty strong from left to right after the 2022 NFL Draft.
- Ronnie Stanley, LT
- Tyre Phillips, LG
- Tyler Linderbaum, C
- Kevin Zeitler, RG
- Morgan Moses, RT
That kind of offensive line could help carry this team.
Defensively, the Ravens leave something to be desired up front. There are some strong veterans but that area of the team could be better.
Baltimore needs Odafe Oweh to become a force consistently off the edge in his second NFL season and they need someone else off the edge to really step up while David Ojabo continues to heal.
The secondary in Baltimore is rather stacked.
Marlon Humphrey, Marcus Peters, Brandon Stephens, Chuck Clark, and newcomers Kyle Hamilton and Marcus Williams make this one of the most dangerous groups of defensive backs in the league.
This Ravens roster feels incomplete overall, but they have star power at key positions and can win with balance offensively despite not having a bunch of superstar receivers.
