29. Tennessee Titans: Antoine Winfield Jr., DB, Minnesota
Original pick: Isaiah Wilson, OT, Georgia
The Tennessee Titans saw the run on offensive tackles happening in this draft and definitely panicked a bit.
They made an impulse decision on picking Isaiah Wilson with the 29th overall pick and it has backfired tremendously.
Wilson isn’t even in the league anymore and may never again be.
Antoine Winfield Jr., however, has been great for the Bucs’ secondary and although Amani Hooker is not bad, Winfield in combination with Kevin Byard could have been something special.
Winfield made the Pro Bowl last season and has been a turnover creator for the Bucs in Todd Bowles’ defense.
30. Miami Dolphins: DJ Wonnum, DL, South Carolina
Original pick: Noah Igbinoghene, CB, Auburn
The fourth round of this draft was really good to a lot of teams, wasn’t it?
Although the Dolphins landed a super-athletic corner with the 30th pick in this draft, they could have taken an impactful and versatile presence on the defensive line.
DJ Wonnum has been one of the more productive pass rushers from this entire class, racking up 11 sacks in his first two seasons with the Vikings including 8.0 this past season.
This re-draft scenario may not have the most impressive names for the Dolphins with their three picks but certainly has players that could have presented better value early on, it seems.
