Original pick: Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama

Back in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos found themselves in a great spot.

They needed a receiver, and they had both Jerry Jeudy and CeeDee Lamb sitting on the board for them.

Although the quarterback situation has been dicey in Denver for Jeudy’s first two seasons, I don’t think the team would do this pick differently now. Jeudy is one of the best in the NFL at separating from coverage and with Russell Wilson at the QB position, he could be an absolute star.

Jeudy struggled with drops in his first year in the league, then battled an injury at the beginning of last season. He’s flashed his ability to dominate games, though, and has an outstanding combination of quickness and speed as well as vision in the open field after the catch.

16. Atlanta Falcons: L’Jarius Sneed, CB, Louisiana Tech

44. Louisiana Tech. 16. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. CB. L'Jarius Sneed

Original pick: AJ Terrell, CB, Clemson

The Atlanta Falcons are one team that, in this re-draft scenario, don’t exactly get an upgrade.

The Falcons landed one of this draft’s best steals in cornerback AJ Terrell, who was considered a “reach” at the time he was selected and has now become one of the best cornerbacks in the league.

Although he’s not AJ Terrell, L’Jarius Sneed would be a fantastic consolation for the Falcons.

Sneed was a mid-round steal in this draft by the Kansas City Chiefs and he’s become arguably their best overall defensive back.
