No. 3 best NFL wide receiver corps, Las Vegas Raiders

  • Davante Adams
  • Hunter Renfrow
  • Keelan Cole

At the end of the 2021 NFL season, no one would have thought the Raiders would have one of the best wide receiver groups.

Henry Ruggs III had the potential to become one of the best deep threats in the league but ended a life and his career. The Raiders had to move forward, and they did so in a major way.

Raiders general manager Dave Ziegler brought in Davante Adams to replace the once-promising star. He’ll reunite with his Fresno State quarterback in hopes to take Derek Carr to the next level.

Adams will bring an All-Pro game-changer to play alongside Darren Waller, who has been Carr’s safety blanket.

They aren’t alone either, given the emergence of Hunter Renfrow. Now, the former Clemson wideout has a running mate, which comes a year after his breakout season. With a Pro Bowl vote, the Raiders have three Pro Bowlers catching passes from Carr.

Keelan Cole comes over from the Jets as a solid third option at wide receiver. They also brought in Mack Hollins, a big-bodied downfield target. The former Miami Dolphins wideout is a sneaky good signing, who could beat out Keelan Cole for the third spot.

Derek Carr hasn’t had a true No. 1 since Amari Cooper. Now he has arguably the best wideout in NFL. He hasn’t had the playoff performances to warrant a top ten mention. However, he never had a receiving core quite like this one.
