What I like about Bengals NFL Playoffs chances:

Joe Burrow is looking like a generational talent and the organization has seen it fit to protect him finally. Adding La’el Collins is a big name addition but Ted Karras and Alex Cappa are much bigger additions to me.

This shores up the interior of their line and will allow Burrow a better pocket to throw to their talented trio of Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd as well as give Joe Mixon his best chance to run since entering the league. This offense just got even better.

Areas of Concern:

The pass rush should still be fine this season, but secondary play is still a concern for me. The unit as a whole performed admirably in the playoffs last season and really led this team to the Super Bowl. Can they sustain that kind of effort through an entire 17-game season?

Key Games:

Cincinnati has the toughest schedule in the division Having to go to Dallas in week 2, and Tampa in week 15. Their season may come down to how well they perform in the final 4 games ( @ TB, @NE, home to Buffalo [MNF], and home to Baltimore.)

I see the division being settled during the finale with Baltimore.

My Prediction: 10-7
