Most overrated player on every NFL team in the 2022 season

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Leonard Fournette, RB
Coming out of LSU, Leonard Fournette was supposed to be the next huge star at running back. Built like a tank at roughly 230-pounds, he was known for bowling over players and the Jacksonville Jaguars took him at No. 4 overall with the belief that he could transform their offense.
While they did make it to the AFC Championship Game during his rookie season, Fournette proved to have an up-and-down career with the Jags. He recorded 2,631 yards with 17 touchdowns in three seasons but despite rushing for 1,152 yards and catching 76 passes in 2019, he was released ahead of the 2020 season.
An inability to get along with the coaches seemed to have led to his departure but things worked out for Fournette who signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In his first season with them, he had six touchdowns but just 367 yards rushing.
He did improve upon that in 2021 as he had 812 yards and eight touchdowns. He also added 69 receptions for 454 yards and another two scores.
So why is he overrated? Fournette was able to do much of this damage since the opposing defense would rather try and stop him than Tom Brady and the Bucs’ passing attack. On top of that, he continues to follow up one solid season with a campaign where he runs for fewer than four yards per attempt — and after showing up overweight to camp, he could be headed in that direction once again in 2022.
