  • Team 3: James Conner, RB, Arizona Cardinals
  • Team 4: Cam Akers, RB, Los Angeles Rams
  • Team 5: Tee Higgins, WR, Cincinnati Bengals

  • Team 7: DJ Moore, WR, Carolina Panthers
  • *Team 8: Mike Evans, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
  • Team 9: Jaylen Waddle, WR, Miami Dolphins
  • Team 10: J.K. Dobbins, RB, Baltimore Ravens
  • Team 11: Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Indianapolis Colts
  • Team 12: Diontae Johnson, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers

In Round 3, we finally picked up a wideout, taking Mike Evans from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Evans is a big-bodied wideout at 6-foot-5 and 231 pounds. He’s built like a tight end but he moves like a wideout and has never had a season with fewer than 1,000 yards.

Since Tom Brady joined, he’s excelled in the red zone, catching 13 touchdowns in 2020 and 14 this past season. Hopefully, the two will continue this trend, and we shouldn’t worry too much about Brady spending time working on his singing career since he’s always ready to roll.

Diontae Johnson is another name to consider at this point, but with some uncertainty under center — plus already taking a Pittsburgh player in Round 1 — Evans feels like the safe pick here.
