Ndamukong Suh, DL: Las Vegas Raiders

I’m sure Ndamukong Suh is just holding out for the best possible contract at this point, but when will some team finally just give in and make it happen? Suh has proven into his mid-30s that he’s really not slowing down all that much, if at all. Just ask Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams.

Although the Bucs’ season came to an end against the Rams in last year’s playoffs, Suh was a force. He racked up four QB hits on Stafford in that game and he had six sacks last year for the Bucs in total. Suh can still bring the heat, he’s still physical, and he’s still effective as an every-down player. The Raiders are a team that desperately needs help in the trenches on both sides and they’ve been connected to Suh this offseason.

Kenyan Drake, RB: Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles have a clear identity as a team that likes to run the ball a lot, but can they really rely on Miles Sanders staying healthy for an entire season? That’s a huge question that general manager Howie Roseman needs to consider, along with whether or not he truly loves his team’s depth at the position behind Sanders.

The Eagles do have Kenneth Gainwell and Boston Scott, a couple of smaller backs who have proven to be effective when used in a committee, but the availability of Kenyan Drake sort of makes things interesting here. Drake is a three-down back who could really work well in this Eagles offense and upgrade the team’s depth at a key position.
