How does the starting offense look with extended snaps?

Last week in Seattle, the starting offense looked pretty good on the opening drive. They went on a drive that went 10 plays and 52 yards. There were some good screens and rollouts called that resulted in good yards.

Ultimately, however, the offense bogged down a bit and the Bears settled for a Cairo Santos field goal.

Now we get to see how the offense looks with extended snaps. In a couple of weeks, the starting offense will be in there for an entire game. There won’t be a few snaps and done. The offense has to look good first in a half. Hopefully, they get to do that.

Of course, offensive coordinator Luke Getsy won’t show his hand in this game. He could show more than he has so far, though. We could see a little more of what to expect during the regular season. Hopefully, the offense looks smooth and performs well. The unit has improved each week so let’s see that continue.
