1. Russell Wilson, QB, Denver Broncos

When listing the top quarterbacks in the NFL, how long does it take to get to Russell Wilson? According to the NFL Top 100, he’s the 10th-best quarterback in the NFL. Guys like Dak Prescott, Kyler Murray, and Justin Herbert ranked about Wilson. If the argument was him missing part of last season, so did Lamar Jackson. Yet, when aficionados name their Top 10, Wilson’s name is often omitted.

If wins count as a stat for a quarterback, Wilson was 104-53-1 as a starter. He started 149 straight games before a finger injury took him out last season. Even then, Wilson did what he always does, make plays without turning the ball over, with 25 touchdowns to just six interceptions.

Wilson is going to a team with a solid offensive line, an excellent backfield, and a good defense. We all saw what he did during the Seahawks’ Super Bowl runs. He was a Marshawn Lynch, run away from having two rings. Wilson is primed to surpass 40,000 career passing yards and 300 passing touchdowns in his first season as a Bronco.

The last time Wilson played a full season, he rushed for over 500-yards on an MVP like season where he threw 40 touchdowns while completing 68% of his passes. Don’t be surprised if he repeats.
