8. Carolina Panthers: Will Levis, QB, Kentucky

Kentucky. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Will Levis. 8. player. 87. QB

Good news for NFL teams this year that are looking for a quarterback prospect who eats bananas with the peel and takes their coffee with mayonnaise instead of black or with cream and sugar. Will Levis is truly one of a kind. If the banana and coffee stuff wasn’t enough Levis has gone on ESPN talking about what bacon-wrapped gator tastes like and posts quotes from The Waterboy on his Instagram page as a way to troll the Florida Gators.

As this guy gets to the NFL, he’s going to be one of those players that everyone can’t help but love. For the Carolina Panthers, his arrival would mark a much-needed plan for the future at the QB position for general manager Scott Fitterer. The big question here would be whether or not Matt Rhule would be around for that new era to begin.

9. New York Giants: Anthony Richardson, QB, Florida

Scouting Report. QB. Florida. 31. Pick Analysis. Anthony Richardson. 9. player

When it comes to evaluating for the NFL Draft, you’ve got to make sure you’re always even-keeled. If Anthony Richardson looked like a future top-10 pick last week, one tough outing against Kentucky can’t change that. We’ll see how Richardson continues to look throughout the season but he’s a truly fascinating prospect.

The New York Giants were in attendance to watch both Richardson and Levis in the Florida-Kentucky matchup last week. Does Richardson need to be more consistent as a passer? Yes, to say the least. With that being said, he’s got dynamic athleticism and a big arm, and those are the kinds of traits NFL teams fall in love with. Let’s see how he can progress throughout the rest of this season.
